General Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all relationships between the festival organizer (hereinafter "the Organizer") and participants (hereinafter "the Client") purchasing a ticket for the festival (hereinafter "the Event"). Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Ticketing

2.1 Ticket Purchase:Tickets for the Event can be purchased online via the official website or through authorized sales points. Prices are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes. The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but tickets will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

2.2 Order Validation:The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the ticket. Once the order is validated, the Client receives a confirmation email containing an e-ticket or a QR code that must be presented at the entrance to the Event.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy:Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation by the Organizer. In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting transaction fees. If the Event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date or can be refunded at the Client's request.

2.4 Loss or Theft of Tickets:The Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. No duplicates will be issued.

3. Event Access

3.1 Access Control:The Client must present a valid ticket at the entrance to the Event. A ticket is personal and non-transferable. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to anyone without a valid ticket. First entry (when the ticket has not be scanned yet) is only possible until 19:00, after that time access to the event can be denied, even if the client has a valid ticket.

3.2 Security:For security reasons, the Client may be subject to a search at the entrance to the Event. It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, or any other items prohibited by the Event regulations. Bags and personal belongings may be checked.

3.3 Minors' Access:Minors must be accompanied by an adult to access the Event, unless otherwise specified on the ticket or official Event communication.

4. Event Conduct

4.1 Program:The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program at any time and without notice, particularly in cases of force majeure or for safety reasons.

4.2 Event Cancellation or Interruption:In the event of total or partial cancellation of the Event, the Organizer undertakes to inform Clients as soon as possible. If the Event is interrupted, no refunds will be made, except in cases of gross or intentional fault by the Organizer.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Organizer's Responsibility:The Organizer cannot be held responsible for material or bodily damage occurring during the Event, except in cases of gross or intentional fault on their part. Clients are advised to purchase personal insurance to cover the risk of damage or injury.

5.2 Client's Responsibility:The Client is responsible for their actions and their consequences during the Event. They undertake to comply with safety instructions, the Event's internal regulations, and to behave respectfully towards other participants and Event staff.

5.3 Damage Caused by the Client:Any damage caused by the Client to Event installations, equipment, or infrastructure will be charged to the Client.

6. Image Rights

By participating in the Event, the Client agrees that their image may be captured and used by the Organizer for promotional or communication purposes related to the Event, without financial compensation. The Client waives any claims and recourse against the Organizer for the use of their image.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected when purchasing tickets is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. Requests should be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the address provided on the official Event website.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district where the Organizer's registered office is located.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Modification of the GTC:The Organizer reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Changes will apply as soon as they are posted on the official Event website.

9.2 Invalidity of a Clause:If one or more provisions of these GTC are deemed invalid or declared as such by a law, regulation, or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.
